Order Limit
If you would like to purchase more that four (4) Data SIM Cards, you must also submit a copy of your resident card.

Next Monthly Payment
If purchased between 1st and 10th of the month:
- The initial payment includes usage for the current month when the service is purchased
- The next monthly payment should be made between 18th-24th of the current month
Example: If you purchase this service on 12th August, the next monthly payment will be between 18th and 25th September.
If purchased between 11th and last day of the month:
- The initial payment includes usage for the current month when the service is purchased and the following month
- The next monthly payment should be made between 18th-24th of the following month
Example: If you purchase this service on 8th August, the next monthly payment should be made between 18th and 24th August.
Rules
- Billing Cycle: 25th to 24th of the month
- Monthly Payment Period: 18th to 24th of each month
- Temporary Disconnection: If unpaid by 25th of the month, it will be temporarily disconnected
- Last Day of Payment: One day before the last business day of the month
- Cancellation Date: The last business day of the month
Reconnection
If you make a late payment between 25th and the last day of the month, it will take up to two business days after your payment is confirmed for the connection to be restored.
Data Reset
Data will reset on the first day of each month.
